Savour the essence of Nk’Mip Cellars during this in-depth tour of our vineyard, fermentation rooms and cellars while you learn about winemaking, Vintner’s Quality Alliance and the Okanagan Valley as a grape-growing region. Your tour will be followed by a tasting of our flight of premium wines as well as two library wines in Riedel specific stemware. Your knowledgeable wine educator will demonstrate proper tasting techniques, explain how stemware can affect the taste of wines and offer technical wine information. Tasting notes, wine cards, and wine speak glossary sheets are included. As an additional bonus, your exclusive tasting allows you to purchase our library release wines (not available to the public) and you are also entitled to a 20% discount on Riedel stemware purchases. Reservations are required.

Join us for the second annual Winery Grazing hosted this year at Nk’Mip Cellars. Nk’Mip Cellars will pair their finest wines with an exquisite selection of freshly prepared regional cuisine at different stations throughout the winery. Guests are invited to explore the spirit of grazing as you sip and sample throughout the evening, finishing with the “Fire and Ice Grand Finale.” This event is both outdoors and indoors, so please dress appropriately for the weather. Reservations are required, limited seating is available.

Nk’Mip Cellars invites you to begin your Valley wide wine tour with our “Breakfeast” Club. A clean morning palate offers true definition to the wines that graze it, allowing for a fuller experience of flavours. This is a tutored tasting of award winning wines followed by our Nk’Mip style breakfast. Each guest will receive a complimentary wine tasters kit. Reservations are required, limited seating.

April  – May 31:  9:00 am – 5:00 pm
June 1 – August 31:  9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
September 1 - October 31:  9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

The winery is open 7 days a week and will be closed Dec 23rd and will re-open January 5th 2009.
